Ahead of the session I'll work through your recent coverage, founder profile, and public positioning, and during the session we work out what's shifted, what to do about it, and what to leave alone.
Typically for founders more visible than they were a year ago or brands weighed down by a perception problem they can’t shake.
The Emergency Call

For when something serious is about to escalate, or already has. A journalist inquiry that has your heart racing, a major internal issue about to become external, a story gathering pace, or anything where you have a few hours to make a decision about what to say or not say.
This is a working call. We move fast, we get clear on the risks, you leave with a plan for the next 48 hours. The clients who book this are usually in an active crisis and need someone to help them make judgement calls in the moment.
Agency Mentoring

For PR people working through the parts of the job that are hard to teach. A difficult client, a reputational issue that's bigger than what you've handled before, internal agency politics, or counsel you want to sense-check before it goes to the client.
