Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Each booking can be rescheduled once. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. No-shows are not refunded. If I need to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Refunds

All sessions are prepaid. Refunds are not offered for change of mind or dissatisfaction after the session has taken place. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed. If I cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in a session will be treated as confidential and not disclosed publicly. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law or where information is already public.

By booking a session, you agree to the following.

These sessions are advisory. They are designed to offer perspective, feedback, and strategic input based on experience in communications, media, and brand. They are not executional services, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for how you use the advice provided. Decisions, actions, and results remain your responsibility. All sessions must be paid in full in advance. Bookings are non-transferable. You agree not to record, distribute, or share the session without permission. I retain ownership of my frameworks, thinking, and materials. You retain ownership of anything you bring into the session. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
